  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (25g)

  • 1/4 cup almond butter (60ml)

  • 1/4 cup erythritol (50g)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)

Directions

  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and almond butter together.

  • Whisk in the cocoa powder, erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.

  • Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour or until set.

  • Once set, pop the fat bombs out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
